Frank Morales is a Serial Entrepreneur who has owned and operated five companies over a 30- plus year career.

As the owner/founder of ADM Club Management Systems, Inc., a Technology Consulting Firm, Frank created and provided a variety of business solutions. Utilizing a consultative and solutions-oriented approach, he implemented all aspects of business software, consulting, program modifications, project management, systems Implementation, training, and customer support.

While at ADM, Frank trained thousands of people and implemented systems in over 500 companies in vertical markets as diverse as: Manufacturers, Wholesale Distributors, Healthcare, Construction, Property Management, Transportation, Golf & Country Clubs, Hotels, Restaurants, and others. He was involved in all aspects of the company functions: Sales & Marketing, Executive Studies, Software Specifications, Systems Implementation, Project Management, Programming, Training, and Customer Support.

Frank also assisted several start-up ventures within the software technology market and helped them grow to vertical dominance by organizing VAR networks. He conducted business in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

For act two, Frank became a Certified Sandler Trainer. Through ongoing reinforcement training, he helped hundreds of professionals learn new skills and establish business lifestyle changes. He provided classroom training, customized in-house instruction at client sites, as well as internet virtual training.

To provide affordable, convenient, and enjoyable solutions, Frank established Coaching WIP LLC for business professionals who want to work smarter, not harder, without breaking the bank. He works one-on-one with solopreneurs, as well as with owners, managers, and teams of small to large companies.

Leveraging all his years helping over 20 vertical markets and hundreds of companies, Frank helps business professionals benefit from a cross-pollination of ideas, disciplines, and processes.

My Mission

My mission or business raison d’être is to provide affordable business coaching to professionals.

We are all a Work in Progress, and we all deserve and should demand, excellence in ourselves and others. Unfortunately, many of us are typically so wrapped up in our day-to-day management, sales, or production roles, that we rarely devote time to develop new plans for advancing our business and careers.

My approach to these challenges is both Strategic, and Tactical. I help people change their Mindset, develop a plan or plans of Action, and institute systems of Accountability.

My goal is to positively affect as many people as possible; to change or improve a person’s life is the greatest gift.
