The Four Pillars of the WIP Management System© are: Processes, Psychology, Strategies, and Tactics.

To be effective leaders, we must first understand how to build a team. We must know how to properly onboard, train, coach, and mentor our troops, while holding them and ourselves accountable. Growth requires a deep understanding of our territory, vertical market, competition, the demographics, and psychographics of our target audience. We must possess this knowledge and be able to guide our troops through this maze. As leaders, we must also be able to clearly define our company or departmental goals and provide a path to achieve those goals.

Sun Tzu would agree that in leadership, Strategies and Strategic Thinking is The Art of War, while Tactics and Tactical Thinking would be The Art of Battle. We must have a strategic plan for every aspect of leadership and reinforce this with tactics and techniques that allow us to think on our feet when leading and inspiring our ranks.

The WIP Management System© teaches managers how to become leaders by first selecting the right members for the team, then effectively inspiring them, on-boarding, training, coaching, mentoring, and holding them accountable. Good leadership also includes effective and realistic Territory Planning to help our team members succeed.

Management Curriculum

Free Introductory Class

As a manager, we are only as strong as our weakest link in our team chain. This class will help you identify what you may be doing right and where you might have deficiencies in your system. The goal is to explain the difference between managing your employees or leading your team.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Team Building

As leaders, it is up to us to lay the strongest foundation in every department. This process begins with selecting from a mountain of resumes, mastering effective interviewing skills, and efficiently onboarding team members. Beyond that, we must know how to train, coach, mentor, and hold our valuable assets accountable, productive, and motivated.

Duration: 8 WEEKS, 1 hour per week

Coaching & Mentoring Program

Management training teaches the strategies and tactics we need to build our team. As we are deploying these skills over time, coaching and mentoring will help us fine-tune our efforts.

Duration: Ongoing 1 to 4 hours per month for as long as student wishes

Custom-Tailored Programs for Companies

Coaching WIP provides custom-tailored classes for companies in a variety of Vertical Markets. Classes are structured for your Management Staff and/or Sales Teams based on your specific goals. Classes may be delivered at your corporate location, at one of our three training facilities, online, or a combination.
