The Four Pillars of the WIP Sales System© are: Processes, Psychology, Strategies, and Tactics.

Processes provide a methodology for defining our goals, creating a plan to achieve them, tracking our milestones, and re-calibrating as we progress. Processes also provide a disciplined path for holding ourselves accountable.

Sun Tzu would agree that in sales, Strategies and Strategic Thinking is The Art of War, while Tactics and Tactical Thinking would be The Art of Battle. We must have a strategic plan for every aspect of selling and reinforce this with tactics and techniques that allow us to think on our feet while in the trenches.

The WIP Sales System© teaches the three cycles of sales: Prospecting, Discovery, and Organic Growth. 

SALES Curriculum

Free Introductory Class

If you must sell to survive, you are a salesperson. Once this epiphany is realized and accepted, a decision must be made; either remain an amateur or become a master. This class will explain the difference and how to avoid becoming a commodity.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Boot Camp

During this course, you will learn the intricacies of the Discovery Meeting. The objective is to teach you the strategies to establish and tactics to deploy that will help you control your meetings, qualify your prospects, then determine what is next: close the deal, file for the future, or walk away.

Duration: 8 WEEKS, 1 hour per week

Mastery Program

During this course, you will learn the importance of goal setting, territory planning, prospecting, accountability, the mechanics and art of negotiations, deeper questioning skills, body language, project management, client retention, and organic growth.

Duration: 8 WEEKS, 1 hour per week

Coaching & Mentoring Program

Sales training teaches the strategies and tactics we must deploy in battle. As we are executing these over time, coaching and mentoring will help us fine-tune our efforts.

Duration: Ongoing 1 to 4 hours per month for as long as student wishes

Stand-alone Classes

Hybrid Training, Coaching, and Mentoring Program

Student may simultaneously attend formal online classes, as well as our Coaching & Mentoring Program.
